There is no grounds to do anything about it. Even if he took your idea you didn't captilize on it fast enough and you have no right to say I typed the idea first and he stole it. To type and idea in a blog of any sort is taking a risk and that risk you took hurt you. Let it go and be wiser next time because rules meant to prevent shit are annoying, pointless, and demeaning. Please don't take this to Tom or any other administrator, just be wise about what you do and allow others to make mistakes and learn from them like you have.

I don't see how he could of stolen your idea just from a title.
I think you're overreacting because you might of had a simmilar idea. That has happened to me more times then I can count. I go to someone and tell them my idea and they tell me it's already been done or something alike.

You didn't really give too much info about your idea in that post.
This guy seems to have put effort into this and come up with a good amount of humor (though most of it is kinda poor, but hey, I suppose it appeals to some people).
(His title is actually related quite closely with the content of the movie.)

Of course, he could've stolen your concept. In which case that's pretty gay. Which is why I usually keep my ideas for future cartoons as under wrap as possible.
But, of course, he might've just decided to make this after seeing My New Grounds without seeing your news post.

I have seen talking faces on hands in other things though. I can confidently say My New Grounds wasn't even close to the first time I've seen that "concept".
It's nothing too unique.

But some of the facial expressions here, combined with the title and whatnot, are indeed somewhat questionable.

It seems in his author comments that he is trying a little to hard to explain where the idea came from. Normally, when artists upload flash, they don't say, "I got the idea when I sat down and was bored..." It seems that he did steal your idea. How long has that title (hand jobs) been sitting on your site? Quite a fucking while. You are rightly pissed. It sucks. The world sucks. Fuck.

P.S. Try to make a funnier one than he did. That would be great.

I watched both a couple a times. i could see the talking hand thing you did for a couple of seconds but other than that there werent many similariteis.
Besides you got "inspired" by that phone comercial that is exactly like yours but you have a ng theme. Anywho both were good flashes.
